Developed by a clinician co-collaboratively with younger people, Clear Fear uses a Cognitive Behavioural framework to help you change anxious thoughts and emotions, alter anxious behaviours and calm concern responses.
It also has helpful descriptions of the different ways during which anxiety shows, assets and a grit field to spice up resilience.
It is really helpful for the ages of 11-19 years however can be utilized by a younger group with the help of a mother or father or carer.
Clear Fear compliments, but doesn't substitute for the evaluation and ongoing help of a mental health.
