This is a Text-To-Speech (TTS) engine for the Klingon language (tlhIngan Hol) which can be utilized with boQwI' and other supported apps. It can be utilized with any web browser which helps the text selection action. (Chrome helps this, Firefox does not.) Look for it beneath your system's Text-To-Speech settings.
This is a venture of the Klingon Language Institute. Klingon, Star Trek, and associated marks are logos of CBS Studios, Inc., and are used with permission by way of an arrangement with the KLI.
