Planon essentialsFM Helpdesk is the cellular extension of the Planon essentialsFM module Repair Service. The app allows service requests to be entered quickly and simply. It is aimed, for instance, at employees in companies or residents of condo buildings who usually have their smartphone/tablet with them. This means that service notifications can be created electronically anywhere and anytime.
